Hi! And welcome to my little thingy that details the velomobile!
Shasheer has no petroleum. Not sure whether they used it up, never had it, or have not discovered it yet.
They used to burn alcohols and oils that came from plants, but that was too much trouble and ate up a lot of land. "Today" (at the "join-time" as the sysop puts it), they use hydroelectric, wind-energy and solar energy.
These provide a comfortable, modern lifestyle, but there is not enough energy for everyone to have their own engine-using car. The velomobile has been their staple of transportation for maybe thousands of years. In fact, Shasheerians have even begun to "evolutionarilly" adjust to it; that is why they all have these great looking, awesome legs! Say, is "evolutionarilly" even a word? It didn't clear my spell checker. However, I can't think of nothing else.
Velomobiles appear in my accounts. Some situations can develop with the use of velomobiles that would be odd to us, or difficult to visualize what's going on. So Lisa, I, will help!
Later in the Wong Leisu account, there's gonna be a scene where a guy moves his velomobile under the spread legs of a horny chick, and he leans his head back and eats her out from the seat of his velomobile!
But you ask, can a car be driven between the spread legs of even a big amazon? Of course not! But a velomobile can!
First, take a look at a velomobile, made for a single rider like most are. I drew the one below and the one below that on my computer. I checked with the sysop to make sure they are as he feels them to be... however he does that.
Above is a three-wheeled velomobile. The folks in the accounts often use three-wheelers. Some use four-wheelers. They are almost the same except, of course, for the four wheels. The two real wheels make possible a larger trunk; it's better for carrying stuff.
Now, below, is the three-wheeled velomobile with the canopy off.
In the Wong Leisu account, the guy who eats out his girl from his velomobile had opened the canopy rearward. If the canopy was taken completely off, which most can, he could pass completely under her spread legs like some sort of... sex-gate or something! Cool!
Okay, the sysop painted the ones below.
Below, we see some Shasheerian chicks demonstrating, or modeling if you will, four-wheel velomobiles what ain't had the bodies put on yet by the factory.
A gal in the account had legs so strong, she stripped one of the gears in the transmission. You can see all those cogs and things behind their seats.
Now, notice something a little different from a bicycle. Notice that the pedals appear to be on some kind of track.
Yes, the pedals are on tracks, via roller bearings or something like that. The pedals are connected to trackers which, on the other end, they become a "rack"; that's a straight gear. That then turns a pair of regular round gears, close to each other. There's one pair for each pedal and rack.
They engage through shafts, linkages or something which engages a main thingamabob which turns in only one direction. Now, as she pedals, the rack will be going back and forth, which means that little pair of gears is spinning back and forth. One engages one way, the other engages the other way.
That means, when she flexes her big quads, that applies power, or when she flexes her awesome hamstrings, that also applies power. Same for each leg. On a bicycle, one can only apply power on the down-stroke with maybe a little hamstring force at the bottom of the stroke. Exception of course, is if cycling shoes and clips are used, then the hamstrings can be brought in to full use. But on velomobiles, no special shoes are needed or anything. Also, the pedals are made for bare feet. Many Shasheerians go bare-footed.
So, the pedals apply force in both directions, and they move back and forth, not in a circle.
By the way, the sysop calls the blond gal who is demonstrating the velomobile in the first picture up there, Wilma. He calls the one in the second picture just above, Reida. He says they remind him somewhat of his cousins, Reida and Wilma. Wow! Awesome cousins!

A city called "Central Capital" is in my accounts. This could be it.
No engine cars here! Only human-powered stuff.
You can see some velomobiles and behind them, a rickshaw. Sysop says they are called "hand-cars", but none of you know what that is. So I just call them rickshaws in my accounts, particularly the Wong Leisu account.
Okay, in my accounts, velomobiles will be called "cars" by my characters. When I'm talking, narrating that is, I will use the word "velomobile". But when any of my characters are talking, they will use the word "car". You see, they ain't got nothing else there, so there's no need for them to say that long ol' tongue-twisting word, velomobile. In their world, when somebody says "car", they're talking about velomobiles!
Oh man! Let me say, that a society, world, country or whatever that uses all velomobiles the way the Shasheerians are depicted as doing, would be so sexy!
First, one must dress scantily because the exercise in the enclosed space would be hot otherwise. If one went by velomobile everywhere, she would have legs of iron, and would be muscular and voluptuous! Having rode a lot of bicycles myself, I can tell you, that exercise revs me up! I'm ready to fuck after a vigorous ride! Wow! To go around scantily dressed with a fit bod, often barefooted, and not having to depend on some big, expensive, cantankerous mechanical nightmare in equally nightmarish driving situations, would be absolutely fantastically awesome! And sexy!
I wonder what it must be like to go on a job interview in Shasheer! One has to dress nice, like, a shiny black satin g-string bikini that barely covers my tits and hugs my pussy; and the material of the bottom part ends about halfway over my pussy, leaving my hole easily accessible! Oooo! I'm gettin' horny thinking about it! That gal in my "splash scene" or "intro action" of the Wong Leisu account was dressed great, remember? Crisp, pressed pale blue long-sleeved top with cuffs, and a bright red teensy micro-skirt. No underwear anywhere of course! That's the way to dress for a job interview or a business meeting! Mmmm! That turns me on!
I wonder if I could hitch a ride on a UFO to Shasheer... nah, probably all kinds of problems. In my next life, I wanna incarnate there!
